Are you considering building on a vacant lot, remodeling an existing home, adding a pool, constructing an outbuilding, or making any other type of improvement to your property?  Per the Declaration of Protective Covenants, the Architectural Committee must approve the plans before work begins on any project that changes the exterior appearance of your house or lot.

The Architectural Committee's primary role is to maintain the aesthetics of our community.  While the committee's volunteers may point out areas of potential concern, please remember that they are not necessarily experts on construction techniques, compliance with local building codes and rules, health/safety regulations, utilities, surveying, or civil engineering for grading/drainage, and it is not their responsibility to review your plans for such issues.
